   We had a very nice experience at The Pearl on Valentine's Day. We had reservations, and our wait was minimal. The server was fantastic, and everything tasted great! The drinks were very good and reasonably priced. Parking was in the public garage just down the street.

   I love The Pearl- the food and drinks are excellent and the service is usually top notch. It was quite busy for Valentines Day so the service level fell a little short of the usual but will certainly be back.

   We always enjoy dining at The Pearl. Our daughter loves the tots, jalapeño spoon bread is always good. We tried the fried oysters this time instead of raw, not quite our thing. The sauces were too overpowering. Daughter loves their bacon cheeseburger, I tried the short rib, which was excellent. Husband ordered fish and chips and said although he wished there was one more piece of fish, it was also excellent. Cocktails are always well-poured. We will be back!

   We love The Pearl and continue to love it. The service is always good at worst and usually it’s great. Our service last night was superb!! We were very happy. I had the special and it was so good. Both burgers were slightly over cooked and on the drier side but the flavor was there so it was ok. The pub burger is just so delicious and that tomato jam really helps if the meat is on the dry side. We were disappointed there wasn’t happy hour because of Valentine’s Day. We still did an appetizer and drinks along with the food. We just love the happy hour menu, esp for the oysters. My son can and will eat us out of house and home in regards to oysters so the happy hour pricing always helps with that. Overall, as always, it was a wonderful night at The Pearl. The Avenue has been such a disappointment as of late… especially with steak and service both, so I’m very glad I can go a few feet to The Pearl and have both done so well.
