   Dinner date with friends before a Broadway Show. Experience took a little over an hour and half for 4 people on a Sunday. Server was great!! We had the Jalapeño Spoon Bread, Fried Pickles, and Deviled Eggs. Probably the best part of the meal. My husband and I had the sea scallops. I can see why there’s really no mention of them anywhere and not a popular item. They were fairly bland, but cooked well. It stated served with green beans, but we each had 3 green beans with our entree. Our friends had the fish and chips which they liked, but could have been cooked a little longer. We also had drinks and dessert. Nothing to really mention there. I have been to the pearl before and other CM Restaurants, but was not impressed. Appetizers and salads might be the way to go!!

   Excellent food. Generously comped dessert as we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary. Multiple staff congratulated us on occasion. Quite noisy.

   The service and food was outstanding. Given the restaurant was busy and appeared full, the noise level wasn’t annoying. All dishes from the shirt ribs to the salads and desserts were very tasty. Nice place.

   Food was wonderful as always - great service but if I’m honest our first drink took some time as they were busy. We love the Pearl. It’s just the best. Burger is top notch and hubby loved the fish and chips.

   Service (Jordan) was excellent and server was very friendly and professional. Chicken sandwich was excellent and came with the best fries I have ever had! Fried pickles appetizer was delicious and sumptuous. Devil's on horseback very good and deviled eggs were delicious

   Oysters were delicious, as was the corn bread. Chicken sandwich was very disappointing- slightly burnt and overly salted. Gulf Snapper was alright, didn’t get the notes of pistachio from the pesto, and overall just not as exciting of a dish as I expected. No issues with ambiance or service.

    Every time we dine in cbus, we visit The Pearl. I’m providing this feedback in hopes management reads this. The service and atmosphere were exactly what we expected. Sean our server was great. The music was energetic and created an upbeat and welcoming vibe. The food is what fell short. My wife’s Cuban sandwich did not meet expectations as the flavor was not desirable and different than usual. Our son’s grilled cheese was not actually grilled. It was melted cheese between two pieces of room temp bread. My fish and chips were delicious as usual. We may have just gotten a run of bad luck. We’ll be back again and look forward to a better experience.
