   Our server was terrible. We had a reservation for seven, five of us showed up on time, and we told the server that one person was trying to find parking and the other person would most likely join to the end as she had to stay late at work. She came over initially and we got drinks, then she did not come by once within 28 minutes. when the person who is trying to find parking finally arrived, right when he sat down, she immediately came over. We tried to flag her down multiple times, but she clearly had zero interest in serving our table. Then the rest of the night she was extremely sparse, barely came over, and I think the worst part of it was when it came time to pay, she held the device right in front of us so that she could tell if we tipped less than 20% (it’s automatically set at that and if you press any other buttons she knows you’re changing it). We come here regularly and usually love it, this was by far the worst experience due to just the server.

   Server was great. Food was subpar and overpriced. I really wanna like this place but it has mever lived up to the hype. Will try again in a couple months.

   Servers name was Jeff and he was very courteous respectful and provided great service all around. Drinks were on the expensive side but they were good. Food was phenomenal.

   The Pearl is a great spot. So close to Amalie Arena made it the perfect location for a pre-show dinner. The food and drinks were excellent. The only thing that I would comment on negatively was a surcharge added to the bill. The waitress pointed it out to us in the very very fine print in the bottom of menu. The intent is to offset wage rate increases for their staff. With the prices they charge, there should be no issue paying their waitstaff. She was embarassed by it and said she gets asked all the time but it was "above her paygrade".

   Always love coming to The Pearl for dinner!! Dad got the grilled cheese and I got the mussels. Very accommodating with my gluten allergy. We also got the deviled eggs and French fries!! Def prefer the tots to the fries, but they were still delicious!
