   My wife requested a very simple plan salad for lunch. The fish was incorrectly prepared. Not wanting to waste food and refire a new piece of fish the protein was washed and reheated. It was a weekday lunch service and the restaurant was empty. So the server either did not put the ticket in correctly or the kitchen did not read the ticket. Then to boot when I got the bill I wash charged $34 for a bowl of plain lettuce and a 6 oz piece of improperly cooked salmon. I did not make a fuss cause I was trying to take an hour out of my work day to enjoy time with my wife. But apparently after having lunch at The Pearl I will need to get a second job. Other than that my food was good. Ordered a cup of clam chowder that was more like a shot glass. All in all I would avoid this place unless you have a health expense account or a small appetite. One more thing the overall ambiance and design of the space is done well.

   Food was on point as usual! My wife always gets the Hanger Steak! Hats off to the bar tender Packed house before the Lightning Game While we wait to be seated I ordered my wife and I a drink, I watched as the bartender made the skinny margarita and as she garnished it she took a small straw sample “normal to taste your work” and tossed it out and remade another because it was not up to her standards. (Smthing was off w it) she mentioned smthing in another staff members ear and continued. I waited patiently and watched as she made another. Thank you for your service and Culture of putting out a great product before anything else!! Rare in today’s world! Keep it up!! Gotta try the biscuits and gravy at brunch!!!!

   Food was great. Service was really good. Restaurant was crowded with sports fan and theater goers yet food was out quickly and staff was attentive.

    Service was excellent. Shaksuka was delicious. Eggs Benedict was too heavy for a brunch entree (IMO).
