Welcome to the historic and brand new Pine Room! Once a writing room, a World War II Officer's Club and a Pub, the new Pine Room features an open kitchen that is the star of the show, as the Pine Room Chefs are on full display entertaining guests as their meal is prepared.
Guests will find the familiar comforts of the space they remember with the exposed historic pine wood paneling matched with our Hotel Roanoke four-diamond service that’s refined but relaxed, and a dining experience that’s unpretentious, delicious, and exciting.
The outdoor patios welcome the Autumn season capturing the stunning views of the Mill Mountain Star and the City Market, while providing an engaging visual as guests approach the property, blending seamlessly into the historic core of the building.

    My salad was excellent but my husband’s burger was overcooked. The waitress did take the burger off the check. There was a large conference going on in the hotel which had the noise level in the adjoining bar as well as the restaurant overwhelming.

    Bruce was a wonderful waiter who patiently explained the menu and gave suggestions to better our meal experience. We added the cauliflower appetizer and the fruit pie dessert and they were both delectable. The only downside the burger was way too salty. They were so kind to accommodate us by seating us near the fire because it was so cold and snowy that evening.

    Skip the burgers and flatbreads - your $$$ is better spent on the appetizers and main courses. Highly recommend the OLD VIRGINIA VARDIER for bourbon drinkers!
