    Always consistently good food and a great location. Not cheap but worth it. Will definitely come again

    Went on a Friday night for dinner. We started with the oysters, which were very disappointing. The ceviche was good. The barramundi had crispy skin and excellent flavours. The risotto was different. Cocktails were nice. The service was excellent and friendly. That's it.

    We had the Pines experience, and it was a poor experience. We understand fine dining is small portions, but this was absurd. The scallop dish literally had 1 small scallop on the plate. The cervice had 3 tiny wafer thin pieces of fish in a tasteless sauce. For 5 of us we left $900, and we were extremely unimpressed with the food. We won't be back.

    The food was great, once we received it. We hate to wait for over an hour to get our meal. The staff seemed to be disinterested

    Great food and service was fantastic. Not as formal or cozy an atmosphere considering the price, but still a lovely place

    Food was excellent, would visit again just for the food here. Service was great as well, most of the restaurant is well back from the view so only a few tables can see the water. But its got to be one of the best places for food in the shire. I hope they keep it up.

    I was disappointed in the service , very slow for a restaurant that was only 1/4 full. Drink orders were forgotten. Cocktails were not up to scratch. Food was mediocre. Difficulty in getting noticed to receive service. Overall was not worth it.

    The Pines has to be one of the most underrated restaurants in Cronulla. The food is incredible and the service is unbeatable. I highly recommend..
