   Quality of food has gone downhill. Although the ravioli continues to be excellent, sandwiches and burgers have become bland at best. Burgers were overcooked, dry, and tasteless. The rueban was also dry, bland, and I question if rye bread was used and if there was even any sauerkraut on it. This is the third time in a month I’ve been disappointed snd felt I was overcharged. I think I’ll stick to diners.

   We were seated right away even though we were early for reservation. However it did take over 10 minutes to get acknowledged from server. He was apologetic and did offer great service after he did arrive at our table. Food was delicious and garden area seating was nice although did feel cold as soon as heaters went off. Still a great restaurant to visit as quality of food and service overall exceeds expectations.

   Food was great as always... Sat us right away with reservations. 2 issues overall which aren't deal breakers: 1. Ordered side salad in lieu of 2nd side for an upcharge and salad ended up being brought out with entree. 2. Since when do restaurants not give you au jus with your prime rib? I had to ask for it - server told me that they don't give you it automatically any longer. Thought it was odd. Again, food was great.

   Our server Matthew was very attentive and warm. The Ski Lodge setting is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely Valentine dinner. My only wish is that they would have some more vegetarian options. Even the eggplant napoleon is breaded in eggs and that left us with just one entree of the Kung Pao Tacos. These were delicious. The beet salad and creamed spinach were good too but some more vegetarian entrees would have been great. That said, we had a great time in this beautiful place!

   Great time! I have Celiac and they were great at accommodating. They have a gluten free menu. Our server Matt was fantastic!!

   Me and my wife have been here twice now and both times the food was great, the staff was amazing, and the ambience is beautiful. The greenhouse seating is the way to go. Cool in the summers, warm in the winters. It’s filled with beautiful plants and just overall well decorated. The food is delicious and fast. I’ve not had any bad experiences here.

    Service took forever, we had to start stacking our used cups and plates since they were not cleared. Food had good flavor, but was slightly warm. Overpriced.
