The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

This was my first dining experience here and I gave it five stars.… The salads were large and delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. The staff was professional, courteous, and prompt. The wine pours were generous. I’ll be back when I visit Palm Springs again later this year.

Telling all my “girlfriends who lunch” about this darling Indian Wells hidden gem. Inside The Sands Hotel & Spa… who knew?… the pink and green oasis awaits. Take some selfies and order a lemon drop or Moroccan Mint iced tea… I recommend the quiche, beet salad, crab roll, and mezze… all delicious. We were fortunate to be served by Brianna… she’s fun and attentive… tell her the Oklahoma girls said Hi.

Service was extremely slow. Waited for water. Server didn’t know menu items or how to describe them. Just a simple oh it tastes good.

We are a wonderful dinner. The menu was interesting and varied. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional. You couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere, a lovely setting near the pool at the Sands Resort and Spa.

Great spot! Girls brunch. Our server was adorable, friendly , be a attentive and professional. Food was so delicious. My only complaint is that when making French toast, the bread should be soaked with the custard before cooking. Ours was quickly dipped and the middle was completely dry bread. Kitchen needs to fix this. Other than that minor complaint everything was perfect. We’ll be back!

This place is one of a kind in a great way!! It’s beautiful! The service is spot on! The drinks are gorgeous and delicious! The food is outstanding!

Had a wonderful dinner. The food was outstanding. Get the naan, olives and hummus. Dinner and drinks were just as wonderful. Service from our server was slow and impersonal. The person who filled our waters and cleared our plates was great though. Amazing ambiance. Will be back for the great food and hopefully have a better service experience.

I ordered the cheese carcuturie board , but got the meat board. It was passed to me last so didn’t realize mistake until 2 people had helped themselves. When I realized it, I notified the waitress of the error. She said she would check with kitchen if we could switch. She came back with the cheese board and removed the meat board. My husband paid the bill, unbeknownst to me until we got home and I saw the bill, we had been charged for the meat and cheese catcuturie boards. I was under the impression since we received the wrong item we would not be charged for it. Just check your bill, my mistake.
