The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

The setting is beautiful however, service was less than mediocre. Our server appeared to “phone it in“ and do the bare minimum. While there was only one table in the restaurant when we checked in for a reservation (for 5), we were told we had to wait for a table to be “prepared.” Upon waiting, then being seated at a standard 6-seat table, drinks were not offered for 10+ minutes and then, even though we were still one of only two tables in the restaurant, it took another 10+ minutes for drinks to be delivered (it was three of the same Ginger lemon beverages off the menu). We then were not advised of anything being unavailable until we ordered. Our server then advised the steak sandwich was “out” as it had been a terribly busy weekend. When I received my burger, I reminded the runner that I had ordered a side of mayonnaise. He explained that the restaurant does not stock “mayonnaise“ but only aïoli. However, the aïoli has to be handmade as again, it had been a busy weekend, the kitchen was out and somehow unable to prepare more. It was hard to imagine that someone could not prepare a simple 3-4 ingredient aïoli in the 20+ minutes it took to receive our food. Additionally, the burger appeared to have some sort of aïoli on it, as was also specified in the menu description. I was told there was absolutely no option other than ketchup and finally suggested mustard which, the kitchen did indeed have available. This was a celebratory lunch in which we had not seen friends for 30 years that drove 4+ hours simply to have lunch together. For $200+ (no alcohol, no dessert), there are myriad of other places we could and SHOULD have selected.

The restaurant is adorable and has a great vibe. The rest of my party loved their food. I’m vegan and gluten free. Zero options for me other than a small green salad with just pear slices bc I had to remove the cheese. The only vegetarian entree was pasta (gluten) mushrooms (yum) with a heavy cream sauce (so not vegan). WS disappointed with no vegan options. Only app was hummus with olives both yummy but it only came with naan (gluten). Couldn’t get veggies with it. So I had to eat the hummus with a spoon. Would have loved a vegetarian protein on my salad, but there were no options. If not vegan or vegetarian & gluten free then the food is outstanding.

Fun vibe. good food and good server. outside patio could use some "sprucing up". patio furniture looks "tired".

Only the valentines menu was available. The steak was a cheap cut of meat, the meat in the fettuccine was very chewy and unpleasant. The desert was the only good thing.

This is a charming restaurant that you must try. Great food, amazing wait staff and the ambiance is beyond amazing.

We extended our trip just to have brunch here because previously we’ve had such a wonderful experience. We brought a few new friends and was disappointed in our waiter. He was short spoken and could tell he was not having a good day. The restaurant was staffed well but took awhile to receive our drinks. 7/10

We just loved the beautiful setting, food, service and overall experience. We came for lunch and it was like stepping into a secret garden. Just love the decor and the Moroccan them vibe. I had a vegetable sandwich and the flavor hit so well from the first bite...the smoky flavor of the grilled bread was excellent. Loved my mimosa. My husband was very happy with his prime rib sandwich. Can't wait to go back for dinner.
