    Best vegan food ever! Comfort food like risotto, "meat"loaf, eggplant parm all without the butter & cheese. And anything with mushrooms -- they know how to make them shine on the tongue

    We were a party of six omnivore repeat customers. Food and service were top-notch, as usual. We went home happy and well-fed. Outstanding dishes to try: -Meatless loaf isn't meat, but you won't care. It's delicious. The included Yukon Gold potatoes have been tossed in an herbed coconut oil sauce...surprising and delicious. -KBBQ Chickën isn't meat and, again, you won't care. The texture is spot-on and the mild KBBQ sauce is very tasty. I could eat a whole plate of the included stir-fry veggies. - Eggplant parmesan from the rotating specials menu is excellent. Asian eggplants are charred, breaded and fried and come out crispy with just a touch of charred flavor. Served on pasta, covered with a spicy marinera sauce and cheëzy sauce.

    Service was terrible. They were busy. Took an hour from ordering to get dinner. Slow to take order. Had to ask for drinks after a half hour. Sent both the white wine and Pinot noir back. Tasted corked or just bad wine. Food is great. Maybe go on a weekday as I’ve done before.

    The food was absolutely delicious! I particularly enjoyed the eggplant appetizer. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal.

    Some of our guests dining with us were not vegan. One of them did not like anything he got. What I got was OK. My wife did not like her gnocchi like dish at all and only ate half of it. The other guest thought it was about a 4 of 5. We had an INKIND card for payment and they said they did not accept it. My phone was dead so I couldn't have paid for it until I charged my phone anyway but it would have saved us $30. I'm not a big fan of vegan thing but figured I'd try a California thing while visiting. Wait staff very helpful and attentive...but the food was not great. Brussel sprouts and beet appetizers were pretty good. I had Korean BBQ thing which was OK. Will not return. I was a little disappointed in the iNKIND non-acceptance. I did not press it, maybe another waiter may have known how to use the INKIND app for payment...and INKIND did say they were a new cuswtomer and they had decent reviews on INKIND.

    Our server was sweet and gracious, our food was amazing. We didn’t know what to expect as our first time at an all plant based restaurant, but this surpassed any possible expectations! We had the Patty Melt, the Eggplant Katsu Sando and an olive oil cake for dessert. All 3 were perfection. Highly recommend, even for those who eat meat. This is just delicious food!

    Amazing vegan food in Oceanside. My wife and I went here in a weekend getaway from LA and were blown away. For starters we had the chronic sushi roll, which was hearty and fantastic. For main courses, she had the meatless loaf and potatoes. I had the shepherds pie. They were all fantastic. If you’re vegan and want a non-prententious fine dining experience. This it the place. Up to 30% of their vegetables are grown in the garden outside. Really cool place, really cool mission, great food. Run, don’t walk, to The Plot.

    The only issue was the temperature of the restaurant. They kept a door open to the outdoors and it was a very cold evening. Eating a nice restaurant should feel warm and inviting
