   We came here on recommendation and had such a lovely quiet meal here, food was really good, great pub food and the chef popped out once or twice to check we/it was ok and if we wanted anything else. Thanks to Tina the landlady who made us feel super welcome, we sat in the lounge area which was a little quieter but the bar area sounded fun… lovely night we will be back. Thank you

   Nice and easy booking system. Extensive menu with some pub classics mixed with new names and tasty treats. Food is all super fresh and clearly cooked to order. Service is done with a smile and attentive. And all great value

   Car park full but only two others in the restaurant, which really needs a refresh. Dark paint colours way past their renewal date. Service, when it occurred, was good apart from the first course being incorrectly noted by the waitress. To be fare I think she was on her own and there were several customers in the garden, who she was also dealing with.

    Went to the Plough for Sunday lunch. We were a group of 6 and were really impressed. Food was good quality, generous portions and good value. Service was excellent and the pub has a very nice ambience with a very nice garden. A great find for our group and we definitely return.
