The Point Patio Bar and Bistro is a hot new restaurant featuring American cuisine with a full service, indoor and outdoor bar. The passion to bring a new feel to Fresno came with many trips around the country including Denver, Chicago, Boston, and San Francisco. With their collaborative experiences and a joint vision of bringing the "perfect" point home, the idea for the patio bistro was born. The unique outdoor oasis features fire, water and colored lighting effects. Along with the televisions strategically placed for subtle viewing, The Point sets the mood for an experience like no other. The indoor booth and table seating offers a more intimate dining experience for friends and family. The Point's highly qualified Chefs bring creative flavor and presentation to a diverse menu including tasty Bistro Starters, Gourmet Burgers and Handhelds, savory Mains and House Made desserts. A lighter lunch selection, a happy hour menu and Sunday Brunch is also available.

The 4% surcharge for using debit or credit cards is surprising and another factor in why I may not return. Happy Hour prices only apply sitting at the bar outdoors but not sitting at the bar indoors? Another reason I may not return. Is this restaurant trying to keep customers? Great place but the pricing issues …not a fan at all.

This is one of the best places in town to eat. They have great service and the food is always fantastic.

They were really busy and service was doing their best, but we’re slow. Food took a very long time to come out. They ran out of the pasta.

Weather was nice after a cold morning so we asked to sit on the patio near the fountain. Patio heaters handled the little chill and we had a lovely lunch. Service was excellent and food was great. Much better ambiance and value over Eureka.

Haven't been here for a while and noticed the changes. The back deck is really nice and the ambiance is really nice. Here's what brought the negative parts: 1. The size of the meal shrank. We had hamburgers and they were almost half the size from over a year ago. 2. A extra fee for using a debit or credit card charge? When did this happen? This part was ridiculous 3. We asked for a specialty drink they were advertising and the machine was broke. 4. Extra for fries, almost everything is added? Disappointed and won't be back
