    We love the refreshed dining area and decor! We enjoyed Christian’s attentive and respectful service. Our runner, Bryan, was caring, engaging, and energetic. Yulia and Sofia checked in with us after seating and on our way out and were a joy. Miguel dialed up some supreme cocktails to ensure we had another flawless brunch at Rancho!

    Overall, an excellent experience. Food was generally great with the exception of the brunch rice dish, which could have been better and included more of the ingredients referenced on the menu. Everything else was very tasty and well presented. Staff was very good and attentive. Of the room was wonderful.

    We had a lovely dinner sitting in the bar area of the Pony Room. This is not an expensive experience however it is in a lovely resort, and the food is quite nicely done. A party of three shared several dishes, including the brussels sprouts, Lobster nachos, buffalo chicken bites and guacamole. I particularly recommend the buffalo chicken bites. A great combination of spice and sweetness. Our server Harvey was excellent. Very kind and attentive.
