   We went with a group of 5 for a 40th birthday brunch. Our service was soooooooo sloooooow. We were there for 2 hours and only had 2 drinks. Every single step took forever and took away from the experience. We even had to track down our server who was standing at the food pickup window chatting about football. Then the system was down and it took 25 minutes to pay our bill. The food was great but it was louder than I expected when I booked the place. I only gave 3 stars because the food was good.

   Came here for my birthday dinner, looking forward to some great New Orleans cuisine. It was sad to see the restaurant so empty on a Saturday night. Hardly anyone in the place at 7:15pm. Service was average. Was looking forward to the Gumbo all week, but of course it was the one thing on the menu that they were out of. Went for the catfish jambalaya. Fish was good, has 2 shrimp in entire plate and the rice was hard, didn’t seemed cooked all the way. The Mac and cheese was great. Mentioned to server that I was wanting to get the beignet for my birthday dessert. When time came they told me that the oven was turned off and they weren’t making them anymore. Overall I was looking so forward to having my birthday dinner at the porch, knowing their menu. Was totally disappointed with the atmosphere and not having the dishes I had looked forward to. Especially the beignets for my birthday dessert. Don’t plan to come back anytime soon.

   The service was prompt and our server was excellent. The drinks were delicious. The menu is so unique and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely return.

   First time. Tried Banana Foster French Toast. Wasn’t the best but the bacon was delicious. Friend had chicken and waffles which looked delicious. Ambience was great. Services was excellent.

   Drinks were great. Service was good but they were inattentive; never refilled our waters or checked on us. There were only 2 other tables sat so I would say that I expect the service to be less solid when busy. Drinks and service alone would be 4 stars, but 3 stars based on the food. We were not impressed with the menu, and the seasoning on the dishes was inconsistent. Apps were WAY too salty. Ordered a couple buy specifically the fried tomatoes were so salty they were inedible. Salad was good but the dressing was lumpy. Grits were delicious. Corn bread was amazing. Chicken was under seasoned and chewy. I’ve heard the brunch is great, so I’d consider returning to try that, but I would not recommend for dinner.

    Terrific brunch menu. All the food was delish and service outstanding. Only complaint was the diners were too noisy. Nobody remembers to use their "inside" voice so everyone ends up having to shout. This is NOT the restaurant's fault. It's insensitive people. Will definitely go there again when I'm in the area.
