Excellent choice for a quality lunch stop. Halibut was amazing as was the Hake risotto

Delicious food from a good value fixed price weekday menu. The fish was exceptional and there was a nice buzz considering it was a cold Monday night in March. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful.

Relaxed restaurant with a good atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly service. Fabulous food and very good menu options. We’re not local but will definitely visit again when next in the area and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Food was absolutely incredible, portion sizes provided great value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bamburgh or the surrounding area. Definitely worth a trip, we couldn’t believe the standard of the food. Thank you Potted Lobster for the perfect end to our holiday!

Great restaurant. Food and service were excellent apart from my piece of hake which seemed quite small for the price. After pointing that out the price was reduced by £8 so really well dealt with by Joules who was just superb at her job all day.

My favourite restaurant in Northumberland. Outstanding food and excellent service, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!
