Overall was very good experience but felt the chicken Parma I got was very small for the price. Would return but would consider my order a bit more

Good Hotel and very basic but good Menu offered. Also a very good location opposite Richmond Station and easy to get to

Venue was a lock out as at capacity although we had a booking that was made a month prior they would not let us ( 2 people) in for our table we arrived. Were advised to head to the back of the line which was extremely long. We went to the back of the line reluctantly mind you and then eventually a staff member walked the line asking if anyone had a dinner booking . We stood in a different area until a lady came out to confirm our booking with her iPad ( completely understand that procedure) Once we were finally inside everything was great and the staff were fantastic and meal was delicious! I just think from the start we should have been able to be checked off as we had a booking . Anyway just my experience 👍🏻

Good pub, Good pub food, quick service on foord - bar was a little slow,. Very nice interior - would go back again especially in the summer to hang out in the beer garden.

Staff were very average, and very unhelpful…. The venue was not busy, so the staff weren’t flat out! So to be so unhelpful and very unfriendly was very disappointing….. Seafood risotto was oily …. Very expensive for what it was!

Our food was fantastic and the service was great but the price on the day was a bit ridiculous. The surcharge for the public holiday was a bit steep. Nearly had a heart attack when we went to pay. Not sure we will return to the venue on a public holiday again.

Thanks for the feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed the food and service! Unfortunately, due to the added labour costs of staffing on public holidays the decision to put a surcharge for public holidays was made this year for the first time, we did not take the decision lightly and held off for many years. We do understand your position though and hope to see you back at another time!

Hi, the place was packed, so thought the service would be slow, however the waiter was so disinterested in serving us. I asked him a couple of questions and he looked straight thru me me. Meal itself was good.

Unfortunately on game days we do not offer table service due to how busy the venue is overall and wanting to serve everyone in a timely manner, it sounds like there was a gap in expectation of service and what we could provide on the day. It is disappointing that you felt ignored by staff & we will take on the feedback to make sure they are responsive even when busy! We hope to see you again soon.
