   I celebrated my birthday at Prime and had an amazing dinner. The service was fantastic, as my server was so personable and made me feel so special. The food was presented well and everything was delicious. Thanks Prime and Stephen for treating me and my friend so well on my birthday!

   Everything was great except my steak which was way overdone. Waiter did offer to replace it but with party of 5 I didn’t want to make others wait. But everything else was awesome. And everyone else’s food was spot on.

   We went on Thanksgiving. It’s ain’t worth $300 dinner for 4 people without beverages. There was a $7 facility fee on top of the bill. The foods aren’t make to order. It came out 5 mins after we placed the orders. The food was not hot. Room temperature. Sea bass was small and weren’t good. No side. Sides are extra for $14. We won’t be back.

   We felt rushed by the waiter to order , eat , and leave and pressured to order “ a la carte “items and apps with our entrees just to realize the reason being is they tack on a 20% gratuity for parties of 5 so the more they can pressure you to order the bigger the automatic tip . The food is drastically over priced with most entree items on the menu being 80+ dollars at minimum all the way up to 120 for a entree which is why they don’t reveal the prices online . The steak and calamari had absolutely no seasoning and the Mac n cheese had the consistency of soup . I ordered my steak medium well that came out extremely on the medium rare side . The atmosphere is somewhat nice inside the main dining room which we did not sit in instead we were put in the back patioish area that gave cheap coffee shop vibes . I will not be eating here again trust me it’s not worth it
