   The ambience was nice and all of the food was very good but the service was abysmal. 50 minutes after we were seated, we still hadn’t received the bread and our order was nowhere in sight. In fact, I mentioned to the manager that I thought our waiter had been abducted by aliens. It’s not a big place and we didn’t see him for twenty minutes at a time.

   Great lunch over looking the river. Nice to eat somewhere that has professionally trained staff. Had the bone in pork chop with whipped sweet potatoes - fantastic! Looking forward to having dinner there the next time we're in that area.

   We sat on the roof top (per our request). I love the new complimentary cornbread, it was delicious. I ordered a Midnight Chai Martini and it was excellent. My hubby ordered a beer on tap and he enjoyed as well. Cameron was our server and he was very attentive making sure everything was good and glasses were full as well as the table staying tidy by removing dishes when we finished something. The host that I think could have possibly been the manager on duty checked in with us as well and asked how things were which I appreciate. He had the Cajun pasta and I had the seared salmon. Both were excellent, portions were generous and Cameron boxed up the leftovers for us. The price was what we expected and enjoyed our evening. It also looked lovely all decorated for Christmas. Highly recommend.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pork chop was cooked perfectly; just as the server recommended. The beet salad was excellent with just the right amount of dressing. Shrimps were cooked perfected.

   Beautiful restaurant with great views. Service was amazing and overall experience was lovely. Appetizers were great, however some brunch items were overcooked. Eggs on the Benedict were hard boiled instead of poached, steak was asked to be rare but was medium, potatoes were a bit cold. Other food items were outstanding such as the amazing flavor of the short rib meat, the shrimp and grits were rich and creamy. Overall quality experience.

   The atmosphere is very cool and unique for outside of Charlotte. Our server was sweet and the staff seemed friendly. The issue I had was a lack of accommodations for a vegan guest. Typically a kitchen can find a way to accommodate a vegan guest, other than a salad or side. With the price point and seeming use of fresh ingredients I did think the kitchen would be able to create a dish such as vegetables and rice for the vegan guest, but they could not. It was a busy Saturday night so maybe they didn’t want to slow the line down.

   We had friends visiting and took them to lunch at the Pump House. Our server Johnny was excellent and attentive. All our meals and drinks were delicious

   Very Efficient service even on an apparently super busy evening with the start of Christmas Party season and great food as always.

    Went for Thanksgiving, great ambiance loved the rooftop bar! Food was excellent and service was attentive. Very enjoyable experience
