   This was our first time at The Pump House. We were impressed with the building and the seating procedure. The service was very good. One of our dishes (pork chop) came out at room temperature which was a little disappointing, but we will be back. The Kid’s meal was very good. The fries where obviously house cut and twice fried

   Not the same experience that we are used to. Drinks took 30 min from the time we sat down food was haphazard as they served it without clearing the previous course and dishes. Glass of wine with meal was delivered after I finished eating. Just not up to par for this go to spot. Pretty disappointed.

   The food was excellent, as always. Zach was an attentive, engaged waiter who offered helpful suggestions and some humor. He didn’t rush us, even though we realized as we left that we had shut the place down. The Pump House is one of our favorites!

   Fist time at the pump house. Great view and ambiance. We wanted to sit by a window but there was only outside seats. The hostess told us it was heated. The problem was the heat was not on and they sat us next to an extremely loud group further diminishing the ambiance. Our waiter was excellent and the meal was great. I had the crab stuffed trout and highly recommend. I had coffee after and it was very weak. Otherwise a nice experience and will be back.

   Very disappointing. Over priced. Service was terrible. We had reservations for 4:00 on a Saturday. We arrived 8 minutes early to an empty restaurant and they said dinner didn't start until 4:00. There was no mention of that when we made our reservation. Had to wait for our drinks. Again empty restaurant. Waiter next to our table was incredibly loud. $12 for 2 scallops. Wine pours were small. Just a bad experience.

   Steak was very tough. Waitress was also the bartender. Table right beside kitchen making it a high traffic area to try to enjoy anniversary dinner. If making reservations, I recommend being specific of where you want to sit.

    I was AA little bit disappointed. We had reservations for valentine's night and they were out of mashed potatoes and their sirloin steak, which was what I would have ordered a little disappointed about that. We had paid a lot for this meal. Look over the menu before we booked our reservation. And it also was a 1hr ride from our house
