   Brought my daughter as a treat. Food was amazing and the lady who served us was polite and kept checking to see if everything was ok for us. Will be returning!

   As always it was a fantastic experience at the Queens! We had a lovely meal, the menu had great choices as usual so it was difficult to decide what to have! Chocolate Orange cheesecake is a must!

   Lovely food and staff. Very impressed. Really nice bar area for drinks before / after dinner (screens showing football and dogs allowed in this area too).

   The only choice was the Festive Menu. So had to have mine of 2 courses. I had a vegan burger which was awful. Burnt bun. Limp lettuce leaf. Horrible vegan cheese. I did ask for the vegetarian option which was a non-vegan cheese but didn't get that. Burgers were just not nice. Had lime & soda . Soda was pretty flat. Starter of soup was nice. My friend had turkey roast meal which she enjoyed but I'm afraid my choice literally left an unpleasant taste.

   Wonderful meal today. Food was very tasty and piping hot, served by very friendly staff. Great choices and very good value. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Food was a little expensive, but very tasty. Conservatory room had no festive decorations considering it was Christmas time, apart from two crackers on the table. Didn’t like imposed service charge ( although could have declined ) would have preferred to give my own tip. Also had to ask where our vegetables were… to be told they had been dropped. Agree things happen, but if we were told at the time then the meal would not have been so disjointed.

   It was very busy, with a large number of ladies on a table opposite. Our meal was lovely and all of the waiters/waitresses are so pleasant and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We will visit again soon.

    Staff were not very professional and rather quite miserable it wasn’t busy so no reason to be rushed off their feet
