Made reservations for 12 people for the disco table experience at 10:15p
We arrived and we were told to sit at the table in the lounge area cause our table wasn’t “ready”
No one asked us for drinks, so we headed up to the bar, and we’re trying to ask for drinks and the bar tender made us feel ignored, and was giving attitude that we have to order with the other lady in the other side. I went back to my table with no drink, because the other lady was busy making drinks too. we waited there with no update about what was going on for 45 minutes. When we asked when our table will be ready? they gave us attitude saying we already told you guys it’s not ready yet, that they will let us know.
By 11pm we said we were leaving, and that’s when they opened up the disco room and said that’s our table. It was completely empty, no one was there aside from 2 other couples.
So we enjoyed the dance floor for a song, and my party did not want to be there anymore because no one came up to us to ask us for a drink.
Please get bar tenders that have more personality and that can bring joy to the Queensberry experience. They are probably the reason why it’s empty.
They made us feel unwelcome with their hostility not hospitality.
