    My newphew and I had a really lovely visit here on Wednesday on the spur of the moment and we both agreed that we were eating some of the nicest food we had ever had and we actually spent a lot of time discussing what we were eating as it was so different to anything we had had before. In addition, the waiter was so helpful and attentive and the restaurant was quiet and pleasant enabling an atmosphere where we were able to chat comfortably and enjoy the whole experience. We both said that we would definitely return and I very much look forward to doing so as soon as possible.

    Good atmosphere and friendly service. However the main courses were served while we were eating our starters. It would have been preferable to have been warned or at least had a gap between starters and the main courses.

    Not the usual high standard of staff last night sadly. Table booked for 8 pm order some appetizers then they took ages to serve us again and when we ordered at 9.30 was told we could only have desserts ! We argued the case and got the main meals but didn’t need the agro. Was then asked by the waitress and I quote ‘ do any of You lot want dessert ‘ ! Food very nice and the waiter in the waistcoat was very professional but sadly he didn’t serve us!

    I’ve dined here a few times. The restaurant was busy and there were a few teething problems with the service which was a bit hit and miss. I think they were short of staff. There was a mishap with one of our dishes being given to a larger party and our coffee didn’t arrive and when it did, it was cold and needed to be replaced. They were very apologetic and took both items off the bill which was very fair but I’m not sure I’ll rush back.

    Fabulous staff, yummy food and moorish cocktails. Kerry was such a babe and very accommodating. Thoroughly recommend. That pig jumper needs to be merch!
