The Ranch Saloon + Steakhouse, a Berg Hospitality Group concept that originally debuted in 2022, is returning to the 2024 RODEOHOUSTON® BIGGER & BETTER! Join us on Tuesday, February 27th – Sunday, March 17th and enjoy our new and improved layout featuring 2 unique dining experiences: fine dining in the Steakhouse or upscale, casual dining in the Saloon! Or saddle up at one of our 2 full bars or patio! The Saloon is a first come, first served dining experience featuring a large main bar with nightly DJs and live music on Saturdays and Sundays, along with the Porch, a covered outdoor patio with cocktail tables. The Steakhouse is the fine dining side where guests can reserve tables in advance. Guests can enjoy “The Ranch After Dark”, an elevated nightlife experience where each night, guests can reserve lounge tables by the live music stage from 10pm-close and have the option to order a la carte drinks or bottle service with a $500 minimum per table.

We had a great time at the ranch saloon this year! I made a reservation for 7:30 and when we got there they were completely slammed - the hostess was doing everything she could to get us seated sooner rather than later and we sat down around 7:45. Great experience! The workers there were doing everything they could to make our experience great.

We have always loved dining at The Ranch. This year our Thursday reservation was confused with another and the manager had to step in to find us a table. On Saturday two of our drinks were not made correctly- simple syrup added to a double Woodford on the rocks and an Old Fashioned made without simple syrup and without mix. The manager had to step in again and correct the mistakes. We do appreciate that all was made right but it’s a surprise from B& B

This was our first time coming here at the rodeo. We were absolutely amazed at how they built an entire restaurant just for the rodeo! It was incredible. The food was very good but we most appreciated was the staff and our waiter, Sydney. We did not expect the service we received at an event as big as the Houston Rodeo but they knocked it out of the park! We will be back.

Took a while to be seated after our reservation time. Our waiter was excellent, food also excellent.

So when they had a little mix up with our reservation they could not have handled it any better. Got us seated and fast service so the 16 of us could get to the rodeo on time! The food was fabulous as always! Great managers and Greta was a fantastic waitress!
