   We went as a group of 18 with adults and minors. The facility was really fun with all the arcade games and the hockey game in the big screen was a plus. We didn’t have reservations and they got us in which was amazing. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow, our food came before our drinks, several people didn’t get their food until the staff was reminded and half the pop were done by the time they got their food. The food itself lacked flavor and the salmon was very very dry. The server didn’t stop by often to refill our drinks. Great faculty but slow and terrible service.

This is not the service that we strive for as a team and while it is great that we could accommodate such a large group with no notice, the service quality should not be a sacrifice to do so.    The food and service at the restaurant was decent. For those who want to go for the games, I had a pretty good time here but they need to get better games. I went to the Granville location the week before and it was much more updated with better games and more VR options. I probably wouldn't go back to this location based on the games. Still fun though, I was just expecting more.

   DONT order the nachos. For $19, 30 chips with half a cup of cheese not worth it. Tasteless. At least add more tajin to feel like you’re getting something. Burger and fries were good, server was excellent

   Margherita Pizza, Chipotle BBQ Wings and Sweet Heat Wings were amazing, you should really try that if it’s your first time coming to Rec Room. We loved the environment, I celebrated my bday in Rec Room and had so much fun with my friends. The staff was really nice they kept our cake in the kitchen and were really attentive to us. Overall grade 10/10

   They have the best wings there that I can’t get anywhere else. I’m happy to enjoy all you can eat wings on Mondays.

   Some of our food was cold, but being in a big group it’s understandable but disappointing. Came to watch the NFL playoffs and play some games and the staff were amazing!!

   Great spot for taking our kiddo and some friends for a bday celebration. Attentive staff and very helpful with tending to needs regarding food allergies.
