   Pathetic service, took no less than 20 minutes to give drinks, forgot which drink was ordered. Food took 30 minutes to arrive. Forgot to bill the write amount, called me 30 minutes after billing to bill me for another 100 dollars, reservation system for sports sucks. We cant reserve and have to show up at just a particular time to book.

   Manager and staff seated us and promptly forgot about us for almost half an hour. Had to walk to the reception and remind them we were there. Took another 15 to get a server, and another 20 to get food. So over an hour of waiting for very mediocre food. Server was very nice though. Overall don’t waste your time with the food here, if you’re going for the games, go for those and grab food elsewhere

   Rec Room is a good place for hang out and arcade games. However services are little slow. Food quality is okay, not that great. Overall not so good or not so bad experience, so it’s an average place for the hangout.

   I went to The Rec Room with a group of 8 people and the restaurant was nice and convenient! Good selection of mains and apps. Service was slow but the staff was very pleasant!

   Unfortunately we experienced very slow service at the rec room square one. We weren’t acknowledged at our table for more than 15 minutes after being seated, had to ask twice for water, mains were never cleared, again had to ask for the bill (and still wait another 20 minutes for it to appear). Halfway through dinner it seemed like a band started to play downstairs. Was super loud but we couldn’t see anything because they closed black curtains so you just get loud noise but no benefit of live music.

   Service was okay, food was decent for the price, drinks were Very slow. Lots of people “working” there but no one offers help or initiates contact or even clears dishes from the tables including sitting with our stacked dishes the duration of the 3 hours we were there waiting on food, drinks and dessert and coffee. Everyone that we did get attention from was lovely but almost felt like a bother. We will probably stick to GT Social in the future.

    I was very disappointed from the arcade , most of the games were not working and also the food was not good. The staff was not welcoming too . Looks like I wasted $200 for this
