    Our server was great but had too many tables to look after and we were left waiting a lot of the night. Nothing against your server as he was great! Doing what he can

    The service was excellent and the food was delicious. It is a very noisy place which is to be expected for an arcade venue.

    Service was good. Food was ok. Spicy chicken sandwich didn’t really have any flavour but the goat cheese pear dip was awesome.

    We had a great time at The Rec Room. We had a party of 9 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The word of advice. Don’t order your game tickets with your meal because you’re charged 18 percent gratuity on top! If you buy your tickets separately when you get there you don’t pay gratuity on it.

    Overall it was lots of fun. The food is good (not amazing) and the service isn't bad. Seasonal menu item truffle fries were the least favourite. We were seated quickly and the staff we encountered were friendly. Meals and apps served quickly. The only real disappointment of our visit was that lots of the arcade games were out of order.

    The Dining Manager (Matt) stood in to be the server for our table. He was awesome. We had a great meal and experience thanks to him. Five Star!

    Went in NYE to play games and have food at 4pm. When we left the table to play games, they cleared our drinks and placed another group at our original table and we had to be reseated. Minor inconvenience but kind of ruined it. All vr games were down which was the main reason to go for us as well

    Spent a few nights downtown Toronto to ring in the New Year with family and friends. The kids aged 11-17 loved it! Lots to do. Food was good and entertainment was perfect. Definitely would recommend if you are in need of a place to chill with a group.
