We proudly serve contemporary Italian and modern European cuisine with the freshest locally grown and handcrafted products available. We also feature delicious and unique ingredients from around the world. Chef/Owner Luciano Cibelli shops daily, personally selecting every item we serve. He bakes fresh breads, rolls, desserts and all of the pasta in house (including a special Gluten Free Bucatini) and he develops his menus in rhythm with the seasonal San Diego harvest. This was a really enjoyable experience. The chef came out to our table not once but TWICE, to check in on our favorites and if there was anything he should change or add. The staff were very attentive and helpful with dietary needs. Parking is really hard to get here but the food was worth it!

Celebrated a birthday for our daughter in law. The waiter was wonderful. He was so personable and friendly. He never rushed us. The flatbread appetizer was stupendous. All of our meals were scrumptious. This was our first visit their as our pregnant daughter in law wanted to try the Beef Wellington. It didn’t disappoint. The chef/owner visited our table numerous times over our meal evening to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back as the whole evening was quite enjoyable and relaxing. Five star experience….

Tasty meal with outstanding attention from our waiter and the chef/owner who came to check on us a few times. The homemade pasta is very good. Will go back.

This placer is a favorite for a special dinner with friends. The 'surf and turf' special for two was incredible. We appreciate the chef/owner coming out to check on his guests. It always makes you feel appreciated.

We did not anticipate being sat in the bar and was a bit annoyed as we asked for a quiet table. That said, the bar was fine and the entertainment in there was very good. The lamb shank with risotto was a ten out of ten. The chicken parm was a nine out of ten. Fabulous. We had to ask for iced tea refills and they server, who was very nice, seems very busy. The only issue we had is with the appetizer; the fried calamari and kale. The calamari was faaaaantastic. The kale, not so much. It was hard to eat and was basically kale dust. We would have preferred larger pieces of kale or no kale at all. This is a good, solid place and most people would totally enjoy it. It is worth the time and money for sure.

As usual the red door meeting our expectations. The food was so good and the chef was so kind and came to our table to check if everything was good. It is not our first time and definitely not the last.
