   Really lovely food. I had the venison and it was cooked perfectly. Restaurant looks good and nice ambience. Would visit again

   Lovely decor and nice restaurant however food isn’t the greatest. Pizza was undercooked and doughy and prices are a little steep.

   Second visit and aware menu had changed but unaware the sandwich selection on the menu was not available on a Sunday (had been looking forward to a relaxed lunch of sandwich n fries). New menu slightly fussier than previous one albeit the food was tasty and well presented. 45min wait between main course and dessert didn’t bother us as we had plenty to chat about but might have been issue for others on timescale. Will be back but not as regular as we hoped due to menu offerings.

   Staff were very friendly. Food was very tasty. As a group of 3 , one had mushroom risotto and two had the trout. All were very tasty although the trout does not come with any sides. I will definitely be back though.

   Excellent plate of food served well. Very welcoming greeting, not rushed, beautiful starters and very tasty food. Great atmosphere and would highly recommend.

    The food was lovely, particularly the mushroom risotto, but the service was what really made the difference. The manager was extremely attentive and took the time to have a bit of banter with us - it really made the difference!
