   Jess was our server and she was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We had the charcuterie board and focaccia bread for an appetizer and they were both delicious. The kitchen sent out lightly fried long stem artichokes and those were amazing. For dinner we had the braised beef short rib, pork belly porchetta and trofie pasta. The serving sizes were on point and the food was perfect. We will be back again.

   Faith was our server and she made our experience so fun! We enjoyed every part of our meal at The Refinery! We will be requesting to dine with Faith as our server in the future, she is a true ray of sunshine! How lucky is this restaurant to have someone like her! We can’t wait to come back! Drinks, food and atmosphere is top notch. A true gem for this area.

   Although the table location wasn’t accommodated, the server’s hospitality made up for the gaff. She was terrific. Overall, the food was very tasty. Desserts also appeared to be made in house and delicious. We’ll return.

   From start to finish everything was absolutely amazing. I almost forgot I was in Pittston. The restaurant is beautifully decorated- the chairs, silverware, checkbooks, etc made the most perfect touches. The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and since it was our first time, went over the whole menu and gave great recommendations. Also, we had so many different staff members come up and touch our table. It was such a busy night, but you would have never known with how the staff treated us. The focaccia was our favorite, I don’t think I’ll ever get over how amazing the bread was. We also had the octopus, which was to die for. The next course was the ceasar salad, which was almost perfect, but a little too salty. Entrees were the short rib and the veal ravioli, both absolutely delicious. Best short rib I’ve ever had! We ended up getting 3 desserts to try- pine berry tart, olive oil cake, and an apple dessert. We were OBSESSED with the pine berry tart. I cannot wait to return! I’ll be looking out for reservations every day!!
