   Without a doubt the best dinning experience I’ve had in NEPA. I’ve lived here my whole life we frequent a lot of “fine dinning” restaurants in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. The Refinery stands alone in there class. From the moment you walk into the restaurant to the service and the presentation of food you feel like you’re dining in a big city. Highly recommend the taste of the refinery you can’t go wrong. We waited 3 months for this meal and before we left we made another reservation. Do yourself a favor and visit this place you won’t be disappointed.

   Our dining experience was flawless. Service, food, atmosphere and bar service was on point. Of course the home made pasta was the best in our area. Pork osso bucco ravioli to die for. Going back soon

   As usually, our food was exceptionally delicious. Great presentation ! Very attentive staff. Espresso martini was fabulous. Looking forward to going back next week.

   The service was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Every food item we had was phenomenal. Everything came out quickly and hot. Awesome atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

    The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly and personable from the time I first made our reservation to the time we left after our meal. Everything we ate was outstanding and clearly prepared with such fine attention to detail; the food was flavorful without being overpowering (get the meatballs!!!), and the presentations were beautiful, right down to the dessert spoons they brought out creatively arranged on a platter! Our waitress, Liz, was probably the best server we’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, all while being funny and down-to-earth. We were seated near the kitchen which wasn’t ideal, and at one point we were very aware of the music having too much of a “club vibe,” which wasn’t to our taste, but neither of these “negatives” ruined our dining experience by any means. In fact, we made another reservation on our way out! While on the pricier side, The Refinery does live up to the hype!
