                                                                        The meals & service we received at The Remington was nothing less than outstanding! I am local to the area & this was my first time experiencing dining here, but it will not be the last! The salmon was cooked to absolute perfection & special, rump steak and mushroom sauce, was genuinely the best I've experienced. The chef & team at The Remington obviously know how run a restaurant to perfection! Keep up the fantastic work!!

                                                                        Loved the ambience, very suitable for business or social conversations. Food and service was excellent. Good wine selection. Very surprising for me to find this level of restaurant in Muswellbrook!

                                                                        An excellent steak although unfortunately overcooked but surprised the only accompaniment was chips and fried onion rings. I have never seen that with a $44 steak, ever, anywhere. My wife’s pork chop was over cooked and inedible. Staff were lovely but made a few missteps, sat us at cramped table under the A/C, (we booked three days earlier) when there were several empty tables, we moved. As soon as we finished our main course they brought us the bill.l, without offering dessert or cocktails at 8.45. They clearly wanted to go home.
