   Last night we had a party of 4 where 3 of the guests had the 5 course Tasting Menu and 1 had the 3 course Restaurant week menu. Jadyn did an excellent job of pacing the courses and was attentive and did an amazing job describing each dish. We love The Reserve!

   We went on Valentine's Day for the first time after hearing from friends how good The Reserve was. Our server was Jade. We were promptly seated. Jade explained the menu, cited the night's special, and made suggestions. We ordered drinks first and the bread and cheese. Drinks were well made. The bread and cheese was generous. We ordered beans and pork belly --that was good. Four our entree, we had Tagliatelle and the lobster/pasta special. Both were excellent. Portions were enough that we both took some home. For dessert, we had the special chocolate cake. Over all, we both thought The Reserve was great. We will be back. We especially appreciated Jade's pacing and attentiveness on a night when the restaurant was filled to capacity!

   Amazing evening! Rose is a superb server. She is very attentive and explains each course in detail. Tyler was awesome behind the bar. Zac, Sylvia, Amanda just rocked the kitchen. This is our favorite place to eat in Middlebury. Cindy Sleppy

   Wonderful dinner last night. Everything was delicious. Oysters are something I don’t know a lot about so I was really impressed with that course. They were presented beautifully and tasted amazing. I’m always impressed with the staff and the food that their kitchen prepared. I had the wine pairing and every wine complimented their course.

   What a lovely experience! We had the November menu and the wine pairing. Everything was perfectly done and portions were the right size! Will be putting this restaurant on our regular rotation!

   Being wine lovers we had our meal with the wine pairing and it was amazing. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful, truly a culinary experience. Our server was attentive without being intrusive and told us about the food in every course and the wine name with country, region, and year. The entire experience was far beyond our expectations and we plan on making this a regular destination.

    Wonderful 5 course meal, great food, cocktails & Service! Highly recommend. Love the renovations. We will be back! Shout out to Zane, our bartender, and our waitress, Jayden, for great service!
