The Bollinger Experience on New Year’s Eve was truly unforgettable. The food was exquisite, paired perfectly with unbelievably generous wine selections. Every detail was flawless, creating an atmosphere of pure indulgence. It was the best night ever, blending luxury and exceptional hospitality. My husband and I both had the steak. Excellent as usual would highly recommend any of the choices on the steak selection.

We had a christmas get together here and it we had a good experience. They unexpectedly provided christmas crackers for us to be in the festive mood. Food was delicious! Great value!

Enjoyed another great night out in the Fitz. Drinks and music in the Bar followed by an excellent Christmas menu in Restaurant. ( Spent another Saturday night in the Fitz after being there last Sat 7th). Once again it was a really lovely night out from the bar to the restaurant. Brian was so helpful and was able to get us a table in restaurant as we had not pre booked. All staff were on point and working so hard over this really busy season. Thank you again to Brian for being so helpful and accommodating as usual. He’s an absolute gem and an asset to the business.

Excellent food, attentive staff and a fantastic experience from booking the table right through to the end of the meal. This was a company Christmas lunch and I booked it because we were there last year and everyone commented that it was THE best Christmas dinner they had experienced on a work do. The Turkey main course is fantastic and this year every single person ordered it. Please don't change as we will be booking again for next year! Special thanks to Megan Best for all her help with the booking.
