Serving Italian dishes prepared with the finest ingredients -- always from scratch!! Just like grandma's kitchen... feast on Sunday Sauce every week complete with meatballs, sausage, pork & beef. Get it while it lasts.
Enjoy a cocktail at our full bar - come by and say hi to the family!

We will hold all reservations for up to 15 minutes - if you arrive any later we will need to seat you at the next available time, if we have availabiity.

Parties of 5 or more - a credit card will be required to reserve your table. If you need to cancel your reservation please call us prior to 3 hours of your reservation time. For reservations 6pm and earlier, please call the day prior. If not cancelled within these times, we will need to charge your card $10 per head.
Separate checks not provided for large parties.

The Ridge is the best restaurant around. You can't beat the food and the amount. Everyone there is friendly and will always go out of their to make you feel at home Our server Dani is the best. She provides great service and will get you whatever you need always with a smile. Love, love this place!!!!

We arrived early for a pre-dinner cocktail and were immediately seated at a small table fot 2 near the bar. When out table was ready we were seated on time and our drink order was taken by Dani. She was an excellent server and was very attentive while also training a new server. I will dine there again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who is not in a hurry and who likes fine dining. We ended up staying for over 3 1/2 hrs!

Another great meal with great service. Enjoyed the Roasted Garlic Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup (a favorite of mine) and Veal Fontinella (new to me) – and song stylings from Johnny and Alicia. As always, two thumbs up.

Our food was typically outstanding, flavorful, beautifully presented, exactly matched menu descriptions. The staff obviously works hard to provide a comfortable and engaging dining experience. Our server was pleasantly available throughout the meal without hovering. Overall an exceptional dining experience, as we have come to expect at The Ridge.

Always amazing food and exceptional service. You can tell the owners and family enjoy what they do. As someone who manages/operates multiple restaurants, I notice small service details that are always on point. Portion sizes are huge and if you leave here hungry shame on you !!!!

Very happy with the quality and portions. Service was excellent as well, spacing the meals perfectly despite us ordering everything all at once. Drink were made correctly as we ordered 4 different kinds of Cocktails. Will 1000% return and recommend. Finally found a Quilty restaurant in this area of the Poconos.
