When I first entered the restaurant, I was not acknowledged. No one came to see if I had been assisted. Two young ladies were busy talking to one another. A couple came in 1 min after I have been waiting and I was waiting for a bit longer. A young lady finally came and asked if I been helped and I told her no. She saw I had reservations and had another young lady take me to my table. That young lady seemed very lost and not personable at all. I had to choose my own table. Once my guest arrived shortly afterwards, it took a while for us to be acknowledged. My friend had to stop someone to see when we would be helped. Next, the food was not great and it was lukewarm. This was our first time there and I did not have a good experience. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The service was extremely slow. They appeared to be short staff. Maybe a few call offs due to the holiday. Many of the dishes were unavailable for ordering . Our server was nice though. Food was just ok.

AFTER we had ordered, our server announced 2 entrees were coming out, but the third entree was sold out - so we had to re-order for that person… hoping their entree was not delayed way beyond the others. The menu offers almost too many choices- especially if they are not adequately stocked.

We dined on Christmas Eve. They were out of 3 menu items we chose so we picked alternates. The steaks were cooked as we’d ordered. Vegetables were very overcooked. There was a live band and they were good but we were seated close to them so it felt too loud so we decided against dessert.

The Rim is my favorite! The food is always so good and the service is excellent! You should check it out. The people are so nice and the decor is really cool! 10/10!
