   honestly if i could i would give zero stars i would thats how mad i am! i tried to support a black owned business in the area before going to the KEM Concert with my Mom as gift to her .. Hope this image help FOR YOU not try this place .. its over price definitely not worth it! this establishment needs to work on customer service and kitchen turn around time for dishes waited 45 minutes to an hour for this crawfish lobster pasta i can only blame myself for not checking reviews before even considering making an reservation

   Not sure if it was the time we went (6:30p) but service was extremely slow, we had to stop someone to ask for our waiter after being seated with no interaction for almost 25 minutes, we didn’t end up leaving until 9pm, we only stayed because we were looking forward to a nice time out, music was good and kept us entertained for the most part, setting was nice and romantic. Unsure if we will be back.

   Went here 2/14 to celebrate with my wife. We sat down for 10 mins before waitress came by to get our drink order and handed us the drink menu. Waitress left again and didn’t come back for another 10 mins. We ordered drinks and our food when she got back to save on wait time. The drinks did not arrive for another 20 mins (beer and iced tea), and food took a lot longer to come out afterwards. The Crab & Corn bisque came out with shells and pieces of crab legs. Steak was not done properly (I asked for medium-rare but instead got medium). Ok food, terrible service, and they had the balls to charge us 15% “Automatic Service Fee Gratuity” for a dinner for two. Not recommended.

   This was our first and last visit to The Roof for dinner. We had a reservation but they didn't look at the reservation so didn't have our table set up for 4 people. Clearly a reservation wasn't needed as there were never more than 2-3 tables occupied while we dined. The food was all fine....nothing outstanding, nothing bad. The service was ok. Our server was kind and friendly enough. They are clearly set up to be a bar, not a restaurant. Several things not on the menu. The music was very loud as there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied and it was couples. When the meal was over we tried to order coffee and were told "we don't have coffee. We only serve coffee on Sundays." We've never in our lives paid $125 for our meal and not been able to get a cup of coffee - anywhere in the world. It was our one and only trip to The Roof.

   Second time here. Food AMAZING, prices REASONABLE, Great Ambiance. Went on a Friday night (7pm) and only a few people there. Considering the great food, r&b music selection, location/view & prompt service, I was confused about the lack of people dinning there. This place definitely is worth a wait list if you ask me. WOULD DEF. GO AGAIN EVEN IM THE ONLY ONE THERE 😌👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

   Went for brunch. At first was unsure as there was only one other set of diners. Maybe it was the weather. From the entryway that was obstructed by the please wait to be seated sign to the booths that had blankets on the benches I was a bit worried. Our hostess was very pleasant as was our waiter with helpful recommendations. He just never came back to our table once delivering our food. So I didn’t get a chance to order a second drink. The food was tasty though I’m not sure the price point was worth it. Overall it was good but I can’t say I will be racing back.

   The branzino was the best I’ve had . The restaurant is located on a roof top in sugarland . The only rooftop in fort bend . We enjoyed ourselves . Staff was nice and Music was perfect .

   We arrived with a very nice and professional host . They seated up quickly and the table was set with water and a candle overlooking a beautiful lake . The place was pretty busy . The place was very live and what a surprise that all these years driving by the restaurant we had no clue it was this nice and great food . We tried the red snapper and lamb chops . We loved everything . Highly recommend !

   Had a business meeting and we loved the restaurant . Lobster appetizer was great for starters . We tried the shrimp pasta and branzino , definitely tasty and good portion . Had a great meeting and enjoyed ourselves. Very nice staff . Roof top patio is breath taking

    Very impressed with the restaurant food and decor . Service was good . Highly recommend . The butterfly pork chop was veggies was the best .
