My first time there, but it won’t be my last. From the welcome at the door, to being seated at a window table, to service that was very attentive without being overwhelming, The Rosemary and Thyme was just perfect. Now to describe the food. It was excellent. The chef pairs flavors so well. The fried mushrooms were beer battered and perfectly fried. One of the specials was a short ribs with an Asian sauce. Excellent. Didn’t overpower the silky tender beef. Vegetable portions were generous. Katrina was out server and she was lovely. Cheerful, helpful, but not intrusive.

Rosemary & Thyme is our favorite restaurant in Sarasota! The food is always delicious and the service attentive. Their Date Night menu keeps bringing us back. Can't wait to return.

Service was very good. One of the worse strip steaks ever. Tough and stringy difficult to slice even with the steak knife provided. Poor cut and poorly prepared. Veal piccata was deep fried and dry as could be. Server exchanged for fish dish which was much better. For the prices expected much better.

Food was wonderful and wait staff accommodated solutions to any issues that arose. Old school app and entree choices, as they seem to be disappearing from most menus...which is a refreshing plus. They seen to have alot of regulars and return customers. Will probably use their corkage policy to due my food pairing with older wines. Warm and cozy with well lit dining spaces, as well. Quite happy overall.
