   One of the best steak dinners I have ever had. The grass fed Australian ribeye was of the best quality. And it was cooked perfectly. Lightly charred with a warm pink center. The mushroom medley was exceptional. And the cocktails were unique. Colorful and delicious. At $250 for two people, it was not an everyday meal. But well worth the splurge.

   Remains the best restaurant in the southern cal area for all the reasons stated above, plus the location and 100 yr old structure. Experience greatly enhanced by the attitude of the staff, from Alan to george to natalia to the guys who park your car. Why hasn't Michelin seen fit to restore the star?

   The food is always top notch one of my favorite steakhouses. service is a bit slow cause they want you to enjoy but I honesty can’t sit for a 3 hour dinner it gets exhausting.

   Rib eye was that thin and stringy. Also not medium rare. Ordered loaded baked potatoes and received half a baked potato stuffed with mashed potato. Had I wanted mashed potatoes I would have ordered that. Dessert was without flavor. Won’t return.

   Absolutely lovely. Life is always better spending and eating food with good friends with a good glass of wine. This is the place to do it.

   I usually go to a place more than a couple of times before I write a review, so suffice it to say I've been to The Royce several times. There's so much that's positive about this steak house that it's tough to know where to begin, but I'll start with the service: impeccable. The service at The Royce is by far one of the best things about it. The food: read carefully on this one. It is a steak house - basically, carnivore heaven. But my daughter and her partner are vegans. Every time I make a reservation, I make sure the restaurant knows we have vegans and The Royce has risen to that meatless challenge better than any steakhouse we have locally visited. Not only do they have melt-in-you-mouth steaks (those are for me), but they have several vegan options that are out of this world. In fact, the chef made a special dessert for my daughter and her partner because he knew they were coming and it was a blueberry and chocolate desert that was absolutely delicious. What steakhouse caters to vegans? The Royce does! And their offerings are exquisite. Everything else on the menu, non-vegan, is delicious. Creativity abounds. Wedge salads with black garlic ranch (very yummy!) alongside delicious side dishes, top of the line meats, and glorious craft cocktails. I can't say enough about The Royce, but I highly recommend that you try it. It's the best steakhouse in the San Gabriel Valley, by far, and probably in all of L.A. county. Yes, it's that good.    The service was impeccable. Both Jorge and George were so sweet and on top of things. The food was well made and well presented, the ambience was quiet and clean. Trily a lovely experience - highly recommended!

   Wonderful night out to celebrate a birthday! We started off with the seared scallops, which were sweet, tender yet slightly crispy from the sear. For mains, we chose a New York Wagyu & Ribeye Wagyu along with mushrooms & brussel sprouts. We also had the bordelaise & chimichurri sauces, but while also delicious, it wasn’t necessary with the meat. The sear and the slightest of char blended well with smokiness & saltiness as the only seasoning. At a medium rare, the meat was both tender & juicy. The sliver of fattiness on the edges also added that extra bit of beefy flavor. The sides were an afterthought, though very tasty! While we skipped their offered desserts from the menu, a birthday dessert was provided—an almond Paris Brest with cream. The cookie-like top was a nice contrast to the light cream filling, which wasn’t overly sweet. Even though we were full, we managed to polish off dessert as well! The overall experience left nothing to be desired until another larger table came to sit behind us, to which the volume rose considerably. By that time, we were already wrapping up the meal. Our high-backed chairs and the nearby booths provided some privacy & elevated the ambiance. Before we had finished our meal, we were already thinking of others we would like to share the experience with on our next visit!

    First time dining at the Royce and our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed. Great decor and ambience and attentive staff. Our server, Ben, was very personable and went out of his way to find a bottle of wine we requested that was not on the wine list.
