Charged my card for a refired item. Presented the check with the incorrect amount. Manager reversed the charge but it didn’t reflect it on the signed copy! Check your bank if this happens! Manager apologized and gave us a $25 discount card for next visit. Service was mechanical and not very hospitable. Kids!

Valentine’s Day. Just flew in, made a late reservation. Food was great, friendly service. Happy with the experience.

I was there where my ole lady and from the start the waitresses was on a rush. Real nice and everything but felt rush like hurry up and get out of here.

The service was terrible drinks took forever and a day to arrive and our server didn't even take our order and apparently management was just there to collect a paycheck , they did try to compensate by comping items. But as a leader of an establishment of a quality experience was failed . There was a hair on the brockaliny, and instead of correcting the simple and understanding issue they made it worse by tossing it underneath a heat lamp to only burn the already compromised dish.im more disappointed for the fact I arranged the dinner for my birthday and the quality of service we received was unexceptionable the restaurant was not even at half capacity.

It was an excellent experience on our first time here. My girlfriends and I meet weekly at different restaurants throughout Houston and we decided to give The Rustic a try. The host, James, that greeted us as we each arrived was very friendly and welcoming; telling us a bit about the restaurant and the live performances on weekends. The food was exceptional and well priced. The noise level was very good despite the size of the dining room. Parking was what we expect at the Uptown Park location but none of us had any issues as we all arrived at different times. Overall a great experience. We plan to return and bring our guys next time

It’s a very beautiful place. The seats outside are all sticky with sap because of the trees so be aware of that. Appetizers were brought out and we didnt have any small plates. We were a large group. The server was busy and we just had to keep searching for her and asking for refills. Not sure how busy they had her. The food was delicious everything just took a long time.

Every time we call to this restaurant, we leave with a great deal of satisfaction. The food, the wait staff, the service, the atmosphere…. Everything is always perfect. We have come three times already this year.
