We had a terrible experience at this place. We checked in with the hostess and instead of walking us to the table, she simply pointed at the general area where the table was located. 10 min later another hostess comes by and asked us to move tables as we had sat at the wrong table, we explained what happened when we checked in, she said she needed to talk to the manager to see if we could stay at our table, the manager came over, he was understanding of what had taken place and offered two appetizers for free. The service was slow, the food was tasteless and greasy. I would not recommend this place.

Overall the Rustic is good. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good as our past experiences there. One of our favorite dishes is the artichoke app. This time it was different. The artichoke wasn’t fully cooked. ALS service although not bad it did take a long time for our server to check in with us or get items we requested like refills.

This was my family’s first experience at The Rustic and all I can say is wow! The Family Style Brunch was incredible. I can’t believe it was only $20 per person. Additionally, Kendall E. (Our waitress) was amazing 😇! She engaged our entire party and made us feel at home. Little did she know it was our Anniversary! I thank you Kendall for making our first experience special!

My first visit to The Rustic. I enjoyed the music. The onion rings and burgers were delicious.

Had reservations to celebrate a birthday. Host seemed put off when we requested a table (we refused a high top) close to the stage. Tried to put our party of 6 in a booth next to the bathrooms and kitchen. We wanted to be closer to the stage for live music. Host just seemed perturbed by our request. Come on man, we’re celebrating a birthday and I said so in my reservations. Should not have been a surprise. At the table, service was mediocre. Had to ask for refills multiple times, food was delivered before steak knives, food got cold while waiting for steak knives for our steaks, and we weren’t offered a dessert menu. Geesh. But, the food was really good and the live music was great. Loved the ambiance.

Nice place. Great stage and really good band, Storybook Road. Plenty of places to sit with good view of the stage for couples to large groups. Could use a big, wooden dance floor to make it perfect for country music fans…line dancing, etc. Food okay but could’ve been a bit hotter. Got the food but then had to wait for silverware. Slow refills. May have been a shift change issue. Drinks were good. Would go back.
