Overall the Rustic is good. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t as good as our past experiences there. One of our favorite dishes is the artichoke app. This time it was different. The artichoke wasn’t fully cooked. ALS service although not bad it did take a long time for our server to check in with us or get items we requested like refills.

This was my family’s first experience at The Rustic and all I can say is wow! The Family Style Brunch was incredible. I can’t believe it was only $20 per person. Additionally, Kendall E. (Our waitress) was amazing 😇! She engaged our entire party and made us feel at home. Little did she know it was our Anniversary! I thank you Kendall for making our first experience special!

Had reservations to celebrate a birthday. Host seemed put off when we requested a table (we refused a high top) close to the stage. Tried to put our party of 6 in a booth next to the bathrooms and kitchen. We wanted to be closer to the stage for live music. Host just seemed perturbed by our request. Come on man, we’re celebrating a birthday and I said so in my reservations. Should not have been a surprise. At the table, service was mediocre. Had to ask for refills multiple times, food was delivered before steak knives, food got cold while waiting for steak knives for our steaks, and we weren’t offered a dessert menu. Geesh. But, the food was really good and the live music was great. Loved the ambiance.

Nice place. Great stage and really good band, Storybook Road. Plenty of places to sit with good view of the stage for couples to large groups. Could use a big, wooden dance floor to make it perfect for country music fans…line dancing, etc. Food okay but could’ve been a bit hotter. Got the food but then had to wait for silverware. Slow refills. May have been a shift change issue. Drinks were good. Would go back.

The food was good. I didn’t care for the Cactus Fries. Too sour. But, everything else I tried was very good. The service and staff take a hit for sitting us at a table next to a beer bucket that was on the floor as a vessel to catch water leaking from the ceiling. There were plenty of open tables. They did this to another couple as well. The staff seemed to not care too much about that.
