The Rusty Hook Tavern is a Waterfront Restaurant located in Pompano Beach Florida and serves fresh and from scratch dishes as well as local brews boutique wine and craft cocktails. The ambiance is casual and ideal for relaxing with close friends. The view from the restaurant overlooks the marina, passing by boats and the intracostal waterways, which also makes it a great location for a date and one of the best spot to watch the sunset .The Rusty Hook Tavern also features a full speakeasy style bar.
Appetizers include options like crispy pork belly with spiced lentils and green papaya, ahi tuna poke nachos with kimchi slaw, and some vegetarian options like roasted buffalo cauliflower and charred portabello mushrooms. The fish selections features 6 to 8 local fish and seafood, whole and fillet like snapper, mahi, wahoo , corvina, swordfish also on the menu Moroccan lamb rack, steaks, and lobster pastas.There’s also an array of signature craft cocktails and local beers .

Large portions which was comparable to the cost of the meals. The service was very good although it took a littler longer to get refills of our drinks. The food was very good. Everyone in our party of 7 got something different and no one had any complains.

Laidback local waterfront dining. Excellent food and service. I will recommend to friends and be back myself

Food was excellent. Service was great. We requested to sit outside and it was very hot, that ice would melt in our drink in minutes. Waitress continually brought us glasses of ice to refresh our drink. She was great. There was loud music coming from the place Nextdoor, so it did take away from the dining experience.

Traveling in Florida and used the open table app to find this place. Great views plenty of food options including a specials menu. Staff was very attentive.

A must go to restaurant when we come to Florida every winter. Food is served hot and seasoned perfectly. Sitting overlooking the marina, having a cocktail, appetizer, entree makes for a great evening.

Johnny our waiter had great energy and gave great service . Loved all our food and drinks especially the lamb Kafka app and the truffle chips & calamari .My husband had the lamb shank so delicious , I had the fluke special so wonderful other guest with us had the swordfish they said was outstanding.
