Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

This is a very popular spot with very good food and service. I ordered the sliders and they were so delicious. The streak was a bit charred on the outside and a tad bit dry but still flavorful so I didn’t complain about it. My only issue that I had was it was very cold where we were seated. My husband asked the hostess if there was anywhere else to sit and was told she would check and let us know. While I understand it was a busy Saturday night, she could’ve at least came back to let us know there was no other place to sit. My husband is very sensitive to temperature and he had to eat his birthday dinner freezing with his coat on. Overall the service was exceptional, and food was amazing. We will go back, maybe during the week and not a busy Saturday night.

Value for the price - bad! Staff nice and competent. Not relaxing. Way too loud. I would only return for the butter cake.

The Ruxton Was absolutely amazing . The Food , The Hospitality from all the staff was next level. The management team was very attentive . Our Server nikki was knowledgeable about the menu. And was very patient with helping us make the best selection. Everything she recommended was beyond amazing. The head chef even came out to greet us.. i was beyond impressed and will definitely recommend the Ruxton

The food was incredible. So much flavor, cooked perfectly and quick! I had the Delmonico cooked medium, my mom had 5oz of Wagyu, and we shared the broccoli and loaded baked potato. Everything was great.

Lovely experience overall! The butternut squash soup was outstanding as was the NY strip! Ambience was just right and service attentive.

Made reservations for 8:45 got there around 8:30 and was seated right away. The ambiance was amazing and the food was delicious. We will be returning again.

The service was fantastic. An upbeat steakhouse vibe. Not traditional, no close tables, not super loud. I get the powerhouse lunch vibe or special occasion.

Avoid this restaurant for your birthday. The seating was cramped, the service was neglectful (our waiter was largely absent and spoke too quietly), and the food was underwhelming. My filet mignon was unacceptably chewy. If you must go, the bar is likely a better option.

Everything was great, our server was nice and knowledgeable. The bartender and host staff were great while we waited for our table. And the general manager was really nice and came over to our table to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday special!

I had dinner tonight at the Ruxton with my husband. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I’ve been there a few times now and each dining experience was fantastic. I’ll be going again very soon!
