We had a great dinner at Saltline Bethesda for my husband's birthday. The service and food was excellent. Despite the snow, all the staff was very accommodating and provided a nice experience for his birthday.

The service at the restaurant was outstanding. Welcoming, knowledgeable, there when you needed them and yet we didnt feel they were hovering. Food arrived cooked perfectly and at the perfect pace. Our first time there, and it will not be our last.

This was ok — seemed expensive for what felt like a slightly upscale chain restaurant. Menu felt limited — only a few choices in each category although the actual food we ordered was fairly good.

went for a quick happy hour dozen of oysters in the bar area - i loved the clam stuffies and was pleasantly surprised that there were non-ipa options on draft (porter was great)! wife thought the oysters were bland and thinks they were washed in water too much, losing their brine. we went for the dancing mollies after watching signature dish.

My wife's scallops were over cooked and my platter was almost all fried food. I didn't realize that based on the menu description. Just told what was included but not how it was prepared.

Menu is not extensive but it is good, not much bang for your buck. Service was a bit lacking because it was a bit busy. All in all a good experience
