Ambience was decent but not anything to rave about. Service was slow but at least they were nice. Lemon drop martini came with a salt rim instead of sugar. Ordered a dozen oysters, brought out 6, tomahawk steak was rare not medium rare and cold. Had high expectations for this place so it was a bit disappointing.

The decorations are nice. The holiday drinks were not great. All crème. The service was pleasant but slow. French onion soup tasted more like chicken noodle. Tuna tartar was brown and did not tasted fresh. Asked for filet mignon to be med well and it was crusted on the outside and very well done. The risotto was not creamy. Just a heap of rice under the scallops and lobster. The drinks were very heavy with alcohol. I couldn't even drink the Irish coffee it was so strong.

We had the bacon and octopus appetizer and they were fabulous. The Caesar salad with salmon was ok, did not have a lot of flavor. The steak and lobster tail was very good as well as the table side bananas foster.

Took forever to see a waitress. She finally came and took our drink order and then disappeared. Then another waitress came over. Seemed very disorganized- finally got our drinks and then finally ordered food - food was average and overpriced

Three of the five dinners were not edible. Salmon was raw, sent back and another salmon was brought to the table, second salmon dish was also raw. Bronzino was dry with a hard batter coating, Grilled vegetables were tasteless. We will not return. The best thing was the tap water!

Appetizers were okay, our entrees were more enjoyable, it took a long time to get our drinks and to order more. Our server barely came over to us. We never received the complimentary bacon appetizer that was advertised with our reservation. And the event type that we specified as a birthday wasn’t acknowledged. Overall could have been a better experience

Gorgeous Xmas decor!! Went on a Wednesday night service was horrible which we were told that they were understaffed for that night. However watching the staff there were some staff that were capable of handling it and some that couldn’t. We unfortunately had a server that could not dinner took 2-1/2 hours and we saw our server maybe 4 times and it was not in a productive way. It ruined what should have been a great experience. Everything else was wonderful.
