Our roaring 20s bar features inventive cocktails and carefully chosen wines, open until 12 Friday and Saturday, and Monday for Industry Night.

We are located next to Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center and Sandy Springs City Hall. The underground parking deck has 2-hours free parking and our hostess will validate your ticket for up to 4 hours.

The Select pays homage to Paris’ famed Le Select brasserie — the notable all-day gathering spot for artists and literary giants of the 1920's.

    Thursday night dinner among four work colleagues. The actual restaurant space, especially the bar, is very beautiful. The service was good. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. The food fell significantly short though, especially given the pricing. The bread service seemed like the bread was nearing expiration. The steak frites were under cooked and nearly cold. The frites were like the end bits left at the bottom of the fry bin. The almond pear tart dessert was a bit of a flavor mess with competing flavors that didn’t mesh at all. And then the coffee came out tepid. Brunch at The Select is generally good. But after a couple of times trying dinner service, I would not go back for dinner.

    Reservation at 5 pm but the front desk was overwhelmed as it seems 10 other tables arrived at the same time. As a result, we waited for 15 minutes before being seated. I ordered my cocktail as soon as I sat down but the appetizer, which I had ordered 5 minutes later, actually arrived first which is not to my liking. I always like to have my drink first. Similarly, ordered wine to go with dinner, but the wine never showed up. I was almost finished with my entree when I was finally able to flag down my server and tell her to cancel the wine order. That was disappointing. Our entrees were fine, but nothing we can't make better at home. Exception = the sticky toffee was delicious. Overall, an ok experience, but not one that makes me eager to return.

    Superb service and quality made for a lovely early evening experience. Service flowed smoothly but we were unhurried. We told our server that we were splitting (the generous!) portions and they were perfectly divided in the kitchen prior to service. It is not an inexpensive restaurant but the food was delightful in every bite.

    Our server was great! His name was Collin or Cole? Sorry I can’t remember right now but he was very kind. I was sitting by myself waiting on my friend to arrive, he greeted me and made me feel super comfortable while I waited for her to arrive. Then once she arrived he took great care of us. The chef brought us our food and he was kind as well. The food and drinks were AMAZING as always a 10/10! The only thing I was disappointed by was that they removed the 3 course meal promo. That’s what I get every time without that it made the meal way more expensive than what I normally pay but again I had a great time. The Select is becoming one of my favorite restaurants here in Atlanta!

    The canceling process is a tad difficult. Open Tables directs you to call the restaurant, an AI system tells you to cancel on the app. If you ask to speak to a representative, if just rings and goes to voicemail. Changing this would be very helpful in the reserving process for those who need to modify/cancel an existing reservation.
