Traditional local food, cocktails and friendly service in Ledbury's oldest inn.

We serve traditional food made from the very best local ingredients, including fresh meat and produce from our very own farm near Malvern. Our menu features a range of old classics, including our Proper Steak and Ale Pie, made with homemade shortcrust thyme pastry, Hereford steak and Ledbury ale. In addition, we have our daily specials from our farm, using only the very best cuts of lamb or pork.

We also offer a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Come dine with us a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in our warm, welcoming lounge or cider-themed restaurant. We are pet-friendly.

Disappointed visit for Sunday lunch, cold plates, Luke warm food, very tough beef, horrible cauliflower cheese - minute amount of cauliflower mostly leeks, limited veg just a few carrots and shredded cabbage. Dessert was no better, apple crumble was again awful with a thick skin on the custard. Won’t be returning.

First time we've been here since the refurbishment and we'd definitely go back. Really nice pub, great food, good atmosphere and professional friendly service. Plus dog friendly.

Superb meal at the Stars, I had the Pie of the Day, you won't be disappointed. Superb service, excellent value for money.

Needed a quick and simple lunch for 4. The soup and sandwich option was delicious and good value. All home made.

Always enjoyable to visit the Seven Stars whether eating or just having a drink. The staff are all lovely.

A very poor experience -the four us did not eat there as there was little left to eat even at 18.45 and we were dealt with in an impatient and off hand manner. Contrary to website info ‘daily seasonal menu’ not available on Sunday evening only ‘Sunday lunch menu’ - told no beef left and only 3 pork and table to be served before us might take them! That left fish&cips or burgers- chicken or veggie. Given this meal was part of celebration of ‘big’ birthday and I don’t like burgers we went somewhere else due to lack of choice and attitude of host- 7 Stars should make menus on website clear - No Stars from us!

I was visiting Ledbury and wanted to stop for a Sunday roast, I googled pubs and found the seven stars looked at their menu and photos and decided to look a table, It was easy booking email confirmation and txt to check you were still coming the day before The staff were very attentive and polite the choice of Sunday roast was beef or pork with seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding on both roast, the service was quick and food was excellent I would definitely recommend it Thank you

£28 for 4 drinks on arrival was expensive! Pint HPA, Stowford Press Guinness and white wine. 3 other tables in restaurant, so it was quiet. Bought in pate, not homemade, roast dinners served on cold plates, thick gravy! Menu priced as one and two courses, but when Bill arrived it was all individually priced which confused the Bill, over charged by £20. Waiter did refund us, it inthe process charged me instead of refunding, on the whole, not a good first visit, will not be returning.
