   This is a first time eating here and we can’t be anymore pleased with the food and service. Unique drinks and menu is always something we look for and it was no disappointment. We will be back next time we are in the area.

   Pinch me awake because I’m still dreaming of the crispy salmon over root hash, sigh. Delicious. The gnocchi swimming in beef short rib and Gorgonzola? The absolute best little pillows of heaven and the short rib payed homage to the life once lived. The yam appetizer with cilantro garlicky goodness dip? Restrained myself from dipping and licking my finger it was that good. We agreed our meal at The Shanty was the best quality and value for the quality we can remember enjoying in a looooooonnnnnngggg time. Thank you Shanty we’ll be back soon—before the salmon rotates off the fall menu!

   Place looked great inside. Big bar the the center of the restaurant Not fond of the plastic plates. Food was good. Drinks were good. Local food local drinks.

   Best burger in town. If you are lucky enough to have Mike V as your waiter and Haley as your bartender you will be assured of a great time. Always a friendly, happy vibe and the food is consistent from visit to visit. We'll be back soon.

    Apple butternut squash soup was delicious as was the omelette of the day. Love the bloody Mary’s here too. Great food and creative cocktails!
