   Amazing food! Impeccable service! If you get a window table facing the sunset, the views are incredible! Worth the menu prices! Other big name steak houses (and you know who I’m talking about) don’t hold a candle to this establishment!!!

   The food was excellent. Properly prepared and served at ideal temperature. The service was very timely, and all the service personnel were well trained and very professional.

   For our final evening in Honolulu, we decided to treat ourselves to Signature. The service was excellent. The food was beyond our expectations. Absolutely delicious! Portion sizes were just right and delivered hot. It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   The most delicious meal of my life. No notes I recommend a filet, cream corn and a lilikoi crème brûlée.

   Restaurant advertised a long bone veal. They were out of it a 7:00 when we placed our order. I ordered the Colorado rack of lamb. The presentation of the entrée was messy. It looked like the rack was cooked on the plate with splatter all over the edges of the plate and the ribs were not neatly arranged on the plate.

    Our server Donovan was great, very attentive and gave great suggestions. We started with the seafood tower, all delicious. My wife’s only complaint was it wasn’t actually served in the form of a tower, but she still loved it. I chose the prime ribeye and Donovan recommended the filet mignon for my wife since she doesn’t like a super fatty steak. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. We got the truffle French fries, truffle mashed potatoes, and beets as a side. The mashed potatoes were a little soupy but the other two sides were fantastic. Since it was our anniversary, they gave us a creme brûlée for dessert and it was delicious! We had dinner reservations for 4:30 pm and were there long enough to watch the sunset. Perfection!
