   Enjoyed our first visit. Started out a little noisy but as the evening progressed it started to subside. Love the ambiance. Waite Jordan and his asst bussing person (Haole young man) did an outstanding job with excellent service. Will spread the word. Mahslo nui

   Had a fabulous time! Our server was wonderful. The food was spot on. Had a great birthday celebration for my husband that will be remembered.

   Excellent service, wonderful menu selection & food cooked to perfection. Norman our server made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He took amazingly outstanding care of our every need and is indeed a true gem for Signature!!!!

   From the start, everything was first class. The ambiance was perfect, the service was excellent and the food was fantastic! The pianist was the icing on the cake! A great experience and the perfect place to celebrate my anniversary. Definitely coming back!

   Server was nice but not very attentive or engaging. Answered all of our questions and took our order promptly. We each, party of three, started with cocktails and told him we would have a bottle of wine with dinner when he asked about removing the preset wine glasses. Apps were served timely but only two of the three arrived. Luckily we shared the apps because the third arrived after we were done with the first two. While eating our apps I finished my cocktail and wanted another but had to stop our server to ask for one. When he took my order he didn’t ask anyone else if they needed one as well. My friend had finished his drink too so he decided to just wait for wine with dinner. We each ordered a second course, two salads and a soup. The soup didn’t arrive and had to stop our server to let him know. Two courses and two late arriving dishes. My second drink was served and still my friend wasn’t asked if he needed another so I requested for the wine list so we could decide on a bottle. Our server took the wine order but had to return as our first choice was not available. As the bottle of wine was served only then were my two friends asked if they needed another cocktail. Since my third friend doesn’t drink wine she did order one. Her new drink was served by someone other than our server and he didn’t remove the empty cocktail glasses. I say glasses because my first cocktail glass is still sitting on our table. Our three entrees and four side dishes arrived and thankfully nothing was missing. About five minutes into our meal our server checks on us to inquire about our meals. We let him know that we’re doing good and he finally removes my cocktail glass but leaves the other. Since we had a full table I had placed the two empty glasses, one rocks and one hurricane glass, next to each other on the corner of the table on the aisle. Someone eventually removed the glass. We ended with the chocolate soufflé. We are from Kauai and this yearly dinner may be our last.

   Absolutely incredible experience! The rib cap steak was to die for! The mai tai is probably the best on the island and the view is breathtaking!

   The food was to die for!! Asparagus carbonara was so delicious and unique! Best steak ever! Oysters on the half shell were wonderful! The view was awesome and Pono our server lived up to his name. He was excellent!!

    The steak was excellent, but the sides were nothing special. The truffle mashed potatoes left a lingering after taste of truffle oil. While the restaurant is beautiful, the noise level made it difficult for conversation. The piano music added to the noise.
